How PHLAME’s made-to-measure service works

Step 1: Your olfactory profile

When you sign up, you fill in a 5-minute scent questionnaire: favourite families (floral, woody, gourmand...), where you will use your candles (bedroom, living room, office...), preferred intensity and any allergies.

Step 2: The monthly selection

At the start of each month, our olfactory director Pierre-Baptiste selects candles that match your profile, plus a hidden gem to discover. You receive a preview of your box 5 days before it is dispatched.

Step 3: Personalisation

You can change your box (swap one candle for another), add complementary products or skip a month in a single click from the app.

Step 4: Delivery

Dispatched within 24–48 hours from our Cholet workshop. Delivery is always free for subscribers.

2 scented candles a month, free delivery and access to private sales. For those discovering PHLAME.

Signature Pack — €60/month (most popular)

3 candles a month + 1 diffuser every quarter, free delivery, a birthday gift and exclusive discounts. The complete PHLAME experience.

Prestige Pack — €90/month

4 candles a month + 1 diffuser every month + 1 room spray, a dedicated customer service team, invitations to exclusive events and access to limited editions. For true candle devotees.
